Student identification (ID) cards are required for all students to gain entry into the school building. New students joining Queens Collegiate at the start of the school year in September will be scheduled to receive their official student ID through Ms. Dana in room 316A.

 

If a student loses or damages their ID card, they must report to room 316A to request a replacement. Students may be asked to complete a brief Google Form with their information so the replacement card can be processed and issued.
