Parent-Teacher Conferences
Fall 2025 parent-teacher conferences will be virtual (online) on these days and times:
Thursday, October 30 from 5:30 to 8:00 pm and Friday, October 31 from 12:30 to 3:00 pm.
Conferences will be conducted in Google Meet.

Book a Conference: A Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Use the QR code from our letter to families or click on this link to access the document for teachers' calendars. (This link will open in a new window.)
Step 2: Identify the teacher(s) you want to conference with and click on the link(s) next to their name. This will take you to each teacher's appointment booking page.
Step 3: Find the day and time you want to conference with the teacher(s) and click on the appointment time.
Step 4: A Book an appointment box will appear. In the What area, put conference and the name of your student. In the Description area, put your email and phone number (including area code).
5: Click save!
Repeat these steps with any other teachers you want to meet with, or if you want to conference again with the same teacher.
